Amberes 64, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Worker tried to accuse me of asking for sex after trying to give her a $10 tip after she gave me new towels for my room. Kicked out after being seen on camera going to ask for towels and then going to my room with an open door and not even seen talking. A screen shot that says on Google Translate that I want sex which was not written by me.

It’s in the center of zona Rosa . Location is perfect if you’re looking for Zona Rosa party vibes.

Nothing to complain about the property per se but breakfast was very underwhelming and the road construction was an eyesore.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doorman helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of everything in the room. There was even a personalized letter thanking us for our stay which was a nice touch. The location was very walkable and the metro was only a few minutes from the hotel as well. Mini marts, bars and restaurants were abundant. Centrally located to all the main attractions .

The restaurant where breakfast was served was extremely cold and we needed a jacket every day. The service in the restaurant was inconsistent.

The only complaint is the noise from local clubs, which was resolved with hotel provided ear plugs. The manager said the have quieter rooms in a different section of the hotel. So that is something to ask for when you make a reservation. The place was SPOTLESS and the bed very comfortable.

The included breakfast had small portions, but I didn't mind it at all. There are so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and you get to try different options. Breakfast is good enough to tie you over till next brunch/coffee snacks. Rooms are clean and spacious.

There is construction going on on the street in front of the hotel, but it wasn't much of a nuisance, honestly. Just a small and temporary con. Uber access is less than a minute walk from the hotel's entrance, so its fine.
