Amberes 64, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Mucho ruido en la noche. Nos quedamos en una habitación que mira hacia la calle Amberes y la música de las fiestas se siente bastante fuerte. Los tapones no son suficientes. Recomiendo reservar una habitación que no de a la calle Amberes.

Our room with balcony was very noisy at night as the hotel is across the street from several bars / clubs. We asked to change rooms to the back of the hotel and it was much better. Very good

Noise from the night club opposite, until 5/6 am. If the windows in the rooms where sound proof and double glazed it would negate the issue. We did sleep but had to use earplugs.

Great location. 3 minute walk to Insurgentes Metro station, and walkable to many prominent areas of the city.

I wish my room was further back on property, or faced the back. The street is very lively Fri-Sunday from the bars and clubs, and the noise continues to 3am onward. The other nights were quiet and peaceful so if you’re staying mid week you won’t have any noise disturbances. If you’re dining in with the complimentary breakfast, request an English menu if you’re a non Spanish speaker.

We stayed at Amberes 64 CDMX for my best friend’s birthday trip and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was lovely and made the check-in process feel very welcoming. The only minor challenge was navigating the stairs with our heavy suitcase, but it was a small inconvenience compared to how great everything else was. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

The staff was lovely. We were checked in at night and Saul and the lovely person checking us in were so sweet and warm (night staff). The room was lovely. Spacious and clean. Great shower! Breakfast was enough. Not too many options but good enough to get you started. The housekeeping needs to be improved, although it was good and the towels and bed were made everyday the floor is not cleaned, and that is a basic that goes with housekeeping. We were lucky to be on the 6th floor but the music from the streets is very loud, so be aware of this while booking. There the road work right outside the hotel but didn't bother us.. The doorman was so lovely and helpful as well! Forgot his name! Overall it was good :)
