This place is in a GREAT location, walking distance to everything you need in Centro. Love the rooftop pool area. Room was good, spacious but I not fully equipped as I had hoped. Kitchen didn't even offer utensils and included a very used sponge to wash dishes. I bought my own. It was not as clean as I hoped. Dusty. I don't think it's the cleaning staff more so the standard of clean they are told. It wasn't until I had to many ants and asked for a deep clean it was fully clean. But overall good stay. I would stay again.

Acerca de la propiedad, todo bien, sólo en la recepción, una persona de ellos todo el tiempo estaba en el celular y cuando llamaba desde mi habitación para pedir ayuda nunca contestaba, siempre tenía una mala actitud y una tarde se fue la luz y mandó a mi mamá por las escaleras Sabiendo que ella es una persona mayor de 78 años, no tuvo cuidado de ella y la mandó a que subiera por las escaleras y estaba todo obscuro con peligro que mi madre se cayera. Su nombre es Edgar, una persona alta de cabello cano.

Incredible staff the pool is unbelievable and uncrowded and the room is insanely nice for all my remote workers out there the internet was high speed as advertised I was able to take work calls on zoom all week!

No water pressure but it’s fine

I spend the most wonderful time in playa. It was clean and stylish.

I really loved how neat and clean everything was—from the lobby all the way to the pool area! The staff were amazing, super helpful in guiding us around and assisting with transportation. The only downside is that the location isn't right in front of the beach, but it's just a short walk—less than 10 minutes—to get there. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again!

Good price. Room looked nice. Bed was a little firm for me. Only two pillows on a king size bed. Biggest issue was ants. Ants by the shower. Bought a box of cereal and apparently ants in kitchen too so they ruined a brand new box of cereal. No bowls in the kitchen. Bath towels were nice and big. Went all the way to the sports club upstairs to find out you have to get the pool table balls from the front desk. Decided not to play. Too much of a inconvenience to go all the way downstairs and back up again. Pool was a little cold so we didn't get in. Also a lot smaller than expected. Was a 22 min walk from the ferry and ado bus station in Playa Del Carmen. 10 min walk to several eating places.

Very nice clean stay

Great space, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Very bright and clean. The roof top pool was amazing!!! I will stay again for sure.
