Nice place too bad the noise around .. yoga place right under my balcony.. lots of noise early in the morning .. and rooms beside the hallways even more noise.. walls very thing.. but overall nice place

It was a good experience

The property itself was maintained well and had the potential ti be what we needed. The area was great because it was walkable distance to many businesses and restaurants. We ran into issues at this property because we were counting on having running hot water, but our room was missing a water heater. With my toddler this became a grave inconvenience because it became extremely difficult and uncomfortable to bathe. We informed the front desk and maintenance team but nothing was done to get a water heater for our room. We followed up countless times and nothing was done and the concierge basically told us to file a complaint via Expedia as nothing would be done on their end. The walls and doors seem to be paper thin as we could hear everything on our floor as if it were happening in our room which was bothersome at night when we were trying to sleep. Across the hall we had a domestic dispute occur and I had to call for help as our neighbors were slamming doors and yelling which made it impossible to sleep. They were quick to out that to an end which was helpful. Had it not been for the water heater issue I think I eould have given this property a better review, but their lack of attention to my issue made it an unpleasant experience.

The hotel is fine but some employess yell at 5 AM no respecting the guests and waking them up , when all they want is to rest !!!!! they need to Fix that !!!!!!

Overall the staff was amazing, except for Edgardo. I've stayed with them before, thats why I decided to stay again. Day 2 out of 6, they told me I could no longer park at the property. This coming from Edgardo. Upon exiting the parking he questioned my stay and said nothing, later the staff told me that he intructed them to no longer allow me to park. Now I am required to park in the street and pay fees for the remainder of the trip. Check out date, came down to bring my luggage, said Hi to him, and completely ignored me. I was carrying multiple luggages with my son and he just look and smirked as my son was struggling to open the door. When another guest, Caucasians arrived to the lobby, he immediately jumped out of his seat, greated him and opened both receptions doors for him. I dont expect people to do mich for me, but my son is 8, lets try to be courteous with children. Other guests also told me that he is that way towards hispanics and profiles, obviously prefering Caucasian guest.

El hotel está bonito pero le hace falta mantenimiento en pintura. La presión del agua está horrible y el baño se ve descuidado. El servicio fue bueno y siempre resolvían. El aire del cuarto está super bueno para el calor que hace en la ciudad.

Had a great stay at this centrally located, secure property which provided easy access to the beach, shopping, ADO station, etc. Did many extensions resulting in a 3 week stay. The apt was comfortable and had a nice balcony. the kitchenette came in quite handy for preparing meals and making tropical fruit smoothies. The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower. Barely used it, but the roof garden with pools, hot tub, etc was an awesome amenity. Maybe a little

The staff was amazing helping me find my way around and Juan Carlos is excellent at his job. He made the stay awesome.
