the place is nice , the only thing when you are trying to rest ,employees talk or yell infront of your door , even though your door has a sign that saiy do not disturb... other than that The staff is great

Poor condos! This is not a hotel ! It’s a condos ! Don’t go !

They did not clean my room for three days. Adding to that, they did not change my bed sheets during my whole stay.

Overall great property for the price. Hidden fee for extra room keys. Staff was ok friendly. Water was cut for two days and made it bad

Definitely a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the most part. The pool was extremely dirty the day we arrived, and closed completely the next day but when they reopened it was sparkly clean and fantastic! We didn’t have a working shower for the 10 days we were there or a working toilet, and I know that sounds bad lol, but they have other showers and toilets in the building. We are SUPER casual travellers. Mexico has its issues and we understand that completely. The only real complaint I had was the kitchen supplies. I purchased a pot to cook in as they only had fying pans, but no big deal, coffee cups were too small. But all in all it was a lovely property. The staff was friendly but not overly. I would definitely go back. The price of the Expedia package was just too good to be true! So I had mentally prepared myself for “you get what you paid for” and was actually quite pleased.

For someone that likes to cook it didn't have the basics. We looked for something with kitchen because we do cook but it was almost impossible. Shower literally has no water and no warm water.

Great Place!

Came for fourth time. Expecting a pool, it was closed with no notice. Shower only has freezing cold water.
