Terrible experience do not stay here I strongly advise against booking this hotel. On my first night, I found three cockroaches in my room. I went straight to the front desk to report it, and their response was unacceptable: “We don’t have any other rooms available.” So I was forced to sleep in a room with cockroaches. On top of that, I was staying on the fifth floor, and because there’s a rooftop pool, there were visible signs of water infiltration in my room clearly a serious maintenance issue. Thankfully, I contacted Expedia immediately, and their team took the situation seriously. They tried to call the hotel (which didn’t even answer) and then took action right away to move me to a different hotel, which was much better in every way. 👉 Hotel service: 0/10 👉 Expedia service: 10/10 Avoid this place. You deserve better.

Very cute an quiet place, it’s like 7-10 mins walk to Quinta Avenida, and there’s some local tacos spots near by, which are very good.

It was a great stay, great room, only thing there was no silverware in the kitchen lol

I stayed here two weeks while taking a Spanish course. I loved it. It was so nice to come home and have a kitchen and what felt more like an apartment than hotel, and chill in the nicely designed pool. I made reservations last minute in the off season and got lucky with a great deal. I felt spoiled for the price. It's located pretty close to the center of town, but away from noise and hustle of the chain restaurant/tourist thing. The closest beach is playa Mamitas, a 15 minute walk. I liked Mamitas and playa 38. The staff was very helpful when I had made a mistake in my reservation dates. I had a great stay.

Our condo unit was clean and comfortable, the locationwas a perfect diatance to 5th ave and to the ADO station. Lots of restaurant options within a 5 minute walk.
