Tenía muchas hormigas en el lugar compré unas donas y al bajar de la alberca todas estaban llenas de hormigas la alberca no tenía calefacción y parecía que no le daban mantenimiento tenía hormigas y cucarachas dentro demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen

Great location, friendly staff, clean.

Lacked basic amenities (pots in kitchen, cutlery, bowls, dish cloths, dish soap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies).

Location is really great if you want to be in Olas Altas or Centro Historico/Plazuela Machido neightboorhoods. Size and layout of units is good. Lots of balconies. Rooftop pool/lounge area was a plus.

Some weird (and cheap) oddities. For a unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 8, you are only given three rolls of toilet paper. Meaning that you have to go to a store almost immediatley to stock up for a unit that rents for about 18,000 pesos a week. For 30 pesos/$2 they could have at least given you three more! The give you 6-8 bath towels, but no small towels and, for a unit with 2 showers, no bath mats. The kitchen has just a couple of bowls, plates, cups, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, pans. Like 3-4 of each that looked like they were picked up a junk shop. They should go back to the junk store and spend another 300 pesos!

Location

Broken knob doors, balcony door broken , leak water fridge, no hot water in the shower, doors don’t lock, laundry don’t work properly, sofa bed broken , sofa bed suoer dirty and no extra sheets for that , etc .
