Casa Barros Vacation Condos

It was very clean and location was amazing.

The room studio was pleasant, complete with a small kitchen that was, however, not fully equipped. It only had two coffee mugs, one spoon, one fork, a few knives, one pan, one wine glass, and one cereal bowl. The rest room had only one roll of toilet paper and one towel. The shower door was broken, and water leaked all over the floor. We checked in at 4 p.m. and, by the time we arrived at the room for the night, we realized we only had one towel for a family of three. The pull-out bed was also without bedding. Our first night was miserable. We had to all sleep on a full-size bed and share one towel. The refrigerator was also out of order. The next day, we spoke to the receptionist about all these issues. She was aware of the broken shower door but did nothing about it. She said she would check on the refrigerator, but she never did. We were told that the kitchenware was what it was, so we had to buy plastic cups, paper plates, paper towels, and napkins. Fortunately, the freezer worked like the refrigerator, and we were able to use it for our daughter’s milk. The receptionist promised to bring us towels at night, but there was only one. So, once again, we were left with only two towels for three people. The bedding for the pull-out couch was just a thick cover without any sheets. We had to use one of the sheets from the bed on the couch, which was very inconvenient.

La ubicación cerca del Malecón pero no tan cerca de lugares ruidosos, la alberca y su vista, que el alojamiento tenia lavadora y secadora

La entrada del estacionamiento está muy alta, el auto rozaba horrible cada que pasaba x ahi

Ubicación, precio y la comodidad del lugar.

Único detalle... Faltan productos y utensilios de limpieza para mantener limpio el lugar, de la misma forma en cocina.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with wonderful views of the City.

Sugerencia poner sombrillas en el área de piscinas

fue muy buena la atención en recepcion y por whatsapp, tiene excelente ubicación y la estancia está linda

No servia el Estacionamiento, hubo gente con música q tope en la madrugada estaban en la alberca antes era muy funo lugar no lo dejen caer tmb nos toco q una pareja estaba yeniendo intimidad y vimos literal el semen en la qlberca in asco

Había leído muy malos comentarios sobre Casa Barros, que la comunicación es terrible, que en la noche tienes que entrar por el estacionamiento, que está bien diferente a las fotos, muchos negativos y la verdad es que en mi experiencia todo salió magnífico, las dos chavas de la recepción siempre estuvieron atentas, la salida y entrada a cualquier hora estaba disponible, las habitaciones son muy lindas y cuentan con todo lo necesario, solo sí no hay jabón de trastes, no hay objetos de limpieza o de baño, todo es por tu cuenta. Hay plancha, hay lavadora y secadora, hay buen aire acondicionado, hay secadora, todo funcionando al 100 y en buenas condiciones, está cerca del escudo y también a unos 15 minutos caminando al centro. Siempre nos apoyaron, en mi estancia ahorita en septiembre todo estuvo genial, quizá pues porque es temporada muy baja pero me recibieron y me atendieron muy bien :)
