Tengan mucho cuidado al reservar aquí con esta gente. Les contaré de la manera más breve. ¿Posible? ¿Qué es lo que pasó? El día 31 de diciembre a las 11:10 de la noche. Hice una reservación para pasar la noche en este lugar. Me llego mi reserva y mi confirmación, procedí A. Mandarles, la hora de mi llegada, ya que aún iba en carretera y A pesar de todo, me contestaron y me dijeron que si que me esperaban, ese vive en él, aunque traté de comunicarme con ellos por llamada, nunca tuvo éxito Llegamos al hotel. Mi pareja, mi hijo de 3 años y yo a la 1:30 de la madrugada hora de Mazatlán. Cabe mencionar que veníamos muy cansados y lo que queríamos era ya descansar Al llegar al lobby , nos encontramos con un letrero que decía que la hora de atención era de 9:00 de la mañana 7:00 de la tarde a lo cual yo me pregunté. Entonces, ¿por qué habían aceptado mi reserva si ya no iba a ver nadie? ¿Quién me entregara la habitación? Uno de los huéspedes iba entrando y me dio el número personal de la recepcionista. La cual me contestó a ese hora después de varias llamadas y me comentó que no podía hacer nada que ella salió a las 7:00 de la mañana y que ese número era personal que me regresara al día siguiente y me hacían la devolución de mi dinero. Locuado. Debo recalcar que nunca se me reembolsó Alegando que mi reserva era para el día 1 y 2 no del 31 al primero. Hablé a Booking y ellos me dijeron que sí les aparecía que mi reserva la hice el 31 para el día primero. Sólo que por el cambio de horario, ya había entrado para el día siguiente en la reservación

El trato de la recepcionista que me dijo simplemente que no podía hacer nada. Y ella de su viva voz me dijo que al día siguiente me hacía la devolución de lo que me cobraron de mi tarjeta. Cosa que nunca pasó porque ahora dicen que no pueden hacer la cancelación

Good location, 100m from Olas Altas beach and Centro Histórico and Plaza Machado are a short walk away. Studio was spacious and has a full compliment of appliances, but kitchen needs a little maintenance. Rooftop was a nice place for morning coffee. The pool was clean but unheated. Bonnie our concierge was friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. Around the corner is a nice little family store that has all the basics including 20 litre returnable water carboys. We have stayed here twice and would book again. 😊 We even added 3 more nights thru Booking.com to make this stay a full 2 weeks.

Like other reviewers have said, the weekends are a little noisy. Casa Barros in on a cruising route especially Saturday & Sunday nights) for motorcycles, cars, party & tourist busses and red truck revellers with loud music and singing. Outside the building is a large drainage grate the goes, BANG, BANG 24/7 when vehicles drive over it. Owners of the condos need to pressure the city to fix this! Keep in mind this NOT a hotel, it's a condo so be prepared. The kitchen had only had 2 frying pans and no lids, we bought our own pot. No closet hangers. You will need to buy your own toilet paper. You will receive only 2 towels and a bathmat that you'll need to wash yourselves. There were no tea towels or hand towels. And you'll need to clean your own room. Location was perfect! Loved the roof top pool and the comfort of the unit.

The facility was short on supplies. Provided only 1 roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Then the suppliers didn’t provide any to the facility and had to buy our own. Had to ask for towels as well.

Tends to be a little noisy till around 11 p.m. on weekends. Lots of traffic playing loud music. That being said I would stay here again. The apartment and pool as well as location tend to off set the traffic noise.

I like everything about the property, except that it was not equipped properly with pots and pans and dish soap, laundry soap If it wasn’t for this, I could give them an excellent rating.! Buy a few more pots, a decent frying pan and supply some laundry soap and dish soap and then you’ll earn the highest rating. I could give a place once again. Everything else was good.

It was not properly equipped with a few pots and pans so that I could cook and has a nice kitchenette in it. Washer and dryer here again no soap for laundry or dishes. Travellers staying for a few days or a few weeks should have these things supplied
