The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai

The service by the beach and pool were fantastic. Henry and Ivan by the pool were standouts as were Alan and Paco by the beach.

Rafael and Ivan is the best! Made our stay already - great service by the pool for our stay. We had them last year and a big reason we came back again.

What a wonderful experience for the family. The hotel is beautiful and the service (especially Marco and Alan) was spectacular!

My stay at the Riviera Maya Edition was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable and the service was amazing. As we stayed in one of the villas, we had our own personal attendant who was able to take care of our every need from dining reservations to airport transfers. I do have a few notes: everything is ridiculously overpriced (especially the food, spa treatments, and excursions). I’ve actually never seen such egregious price gouging at a resort before for food and services. And for how expensive the food is, it could definitely be a little better. Overall, I would definitely go back, but I hope they adjust the pricing to align more closely with industry standards.

You could really feel the attention to detail, especially when it came to cleanliness and comfort. One evening, we accidentally let the door close without fully latching, and shortly after received a call from guest services letting us know security had noticed and wanted to be sure everything was okay. That moment really stood out—it made us feel well cared for and completely safe. Dining at the SO’OL Beach Club was another highlight. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner there, and the service from Bartolo, Marco, and Brian was exceptional. They were attentive without being intrusive and made each meal feel relaxed, personal, and special. The SPA was my favorite. Again cleanliness was impeccable and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. I got the Edition Signature Massage 90 mins it was heaven. Exactly the pressure I asked for with focus on my neck to release tension. I walked out feeling like a new woman! My stay at Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai was truly wonderful. Every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. Our Room was spotless and beautifully appointed, and the cleanliness throughout the property was truly top-tier. The food was outstanding at every restaurant, and every interaction felt sincere. We left with unforgettable memories. Without hesitation, we look forward to returning. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the Edition Kanai. The staff was excellent and the service was amazing, everyone we encountered was kind and warm. The food is incredible and the resort itself is beautiful and clean.

The food at the so'ol restaurant for lunch was exceptional. Ivan and Marco were a fantastic team servicing cabanas. Can't do better than that! Keep it up

Raphael is the boy. Best waiter at the resort. Highly recommend. Food was amazing and great experience. I got the burger and it was fabulous.
