The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai

Having the most amazing time at Sool with Miguel Suarez! He provided exceptionally attentive service and made fantastic recommendations—especially the oysters. He even introduced a creative twist: a “fake oyster” Jell-O shot made with mezcal, which was absolutely delicious. Instead of eating a real oyster, it was a fun and flavorful Jell-O shot experience. The menu is delicious and offers so many healthy options. So far, this hotel is a solid 10/10 for service, location, and overall customer experience.

The location was stunning as was the design and landscaping. Service was top notch and the rooms were bright clean modern and spacious.

I visited in my last hollydays, the rooms was so confortable and so clean, I ate a roll lobster in Sool and the atention from Jonathan and all the hotel was amazing.

This was sincerely one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful pools and an incredible level of attention to detail throughout. Every space feels thoughtfully curated and special. The food was sensational, especially breakfast, which offered a huge variety at a very high quality. I have severe food allergies and have never felt more cared for. The staff knew about my allergies before I even had to mention them, which created an immediate sense of calm. The higher end restaurant KI’IS served me one of the best meals I have ever had. Most of all, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was kind, warm, and attentive. Special thanks to David at the beach and Paco, who went out of their way to make my birthday trip truly memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We came in December for a quick getaway. The resort is private, has great views of water, greenery, and more. The staff is AMAZING. Truly accommodating, polite, go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable experience. Between the food, drinks, pools, beach and spa, we had an amazing time! We will be back!

I had a beautiful dinner by the pool. The shrimp cocktail and lobster roll were incredible. Rafael had amazing service. Definitely come to So’ol solo or for a date. Stunning & delicious 🥂

We had the BEST stay at the edition, in large part to Paco at the beach. He is truly a master of customer service. He made our trip so special and took excellent care of us. We’re so grateful to him and Ramone (who is also excellent). We also had a stunning room. Highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

Staying at the EDITION was a truly spectacular experience, especially for our babymoon. The staff was extraordinarily attentive, the food was pristine, and the time spent at the beach and pools were very special. I did the tequila tasting with Izzy, which is a MUST. Ask about the special Mezcal drink. Ivan and Rafael took amazing care of us by the pool and attended to my pregnant wife’s every need. Will return as a couple or with a little one!

These guys were amazing - very attentive to all our needs! We were always looked after and never said a no to us. They assisted in moving our location at the pool for best views.
