La vue est incroyable depuis la vaste terrasse ou derrière les large baies vitrées . C'est un enchantement. L'appartement est vaste et neuf , extrêmement bien équipé, de belles Salle de Bain, un grand séjour. La climatisation et les ventilateurs sont très utiles. La piscine en roof top : un effet Waouh garanti. Surf possible aux pieds de l'immeuble.

Il faut une voiture pour profiter des alentours.

View from the deck beautiful. Rooftop pool beautiful. New facility. Building nice and clean and felt secure. Liked having a workout gym on site. Food and drink options in building. Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Nice looking over harbor. Liked the filtered water station.

Need more of a block out for the deck window and or shade for the deck. Got very hot in the afternoon. Loud noise and music from the locals at times and people coming and going from the harbor. Bed was not great.

We loved having the patio look right out at the ocean.

We were located near the gym so it was a bit noisy. There was what looked like a squatters camp right below our patio so we listened to their music and smelled their cooking odors almost every day.
