This is absolutely the best hostel I have ever stayed in so far :) The place is so clean, comfy beds and the design of the house is just stunning. Always hot water, top clean bathrooms and shower. Wifi is really great!!! Wonderful connection. A great thing is you get a free coffee, tea, water, towel and you can make a laundry here as well. Edgard and Jose, who works here, they are amazing people. So helpful, always ready to give you an advice or recommendation. If you stay in San Cristobal, you definitely need to book this place ✨✨✨

En recepción se duermen como a las 10 pm y el hotel está cerrado 24/7, si regresas después de esa hora nadie te abrirá, si quieres una llave tienes que dejar $200 de depósito, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

The location was just perfect and we were very pleased with the well equipped kitchen and the free coffee and tea. Everything is as clean as it can be and the owner is very attentive sweet and concerned with his guests well-being. We would definitely recommend staying at Tierra Alta!
