Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

The residence was beautiful! The rooftop pool was amazing! The negatives are the confusing elevator system and we could not enter our unit because the code wouldn’t work even after security tried to help, so we had to enter through bedroom sliding doors. The glass sliders in the main living area block out zero noise and it located on a 24/7 very busy street down the street from the hospital, so lots of ambulances. Also, there are no sidewalks on this busy street in front of the building, so you have to take a back staircase and go through a very skeptical area which is not comforting.

The People on site were friendly

The place is in a good location. Close to restaurants. Beautiful views. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very noisy and rooms do not have any insulation. You can hear all the traffic from downstairs all night long. Minor repairs did need to be done to place. Beds are ok but not great. For the price I did expect more.

The pool area is beautiful. The room was really beautiful and the balcony area was amazing. The apartment was well stocked.

Would've been helpful to have a map of the property bc it did take a bit to figure out the elevators and everything. The restaurant and bar closed really early. There was a very musty smell from the dresser drawers in the bedroom.

Over charged for drinks at the hotel bar by a lot and disputing with my credit card company

Pool was sublime

My only complain is the crossing the street. Shopping and restaurants is an easy walk, but no sidewalk to start walking and visibility of traffic was easy due to a hill.

Turbo experience I feel disrespected. They wanted to charge me more once they could improve. I owe that money they came up with it an excuse and ended up asking me to leave
