Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

The SoHo house seems to rented out thru Maxwell Residences. The concierge service thru Maxwell House was excellent but there was the worst service at the SoHo House. We were told to drink our whole bottle of water we brought up to the pool or they would not give us a towel. This comes the day after we spent $300 on our pool bill. We didn’t realise they only wanted us to buy their a van Water, which is fine if that is the policy, but they were very very rude about it. The last day the elevators were broken. No one bothered to try and help us with our bags down eight flights of steps, didn’t tell the cab driver that was waiting in the lobby that the elevators were down and we were at a different place. Everyone just looked at us and was rude and offered no help.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The location is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. I will be staying here again.

The pool area was awesome. Service was great view was spectacular.
