Great place concierge team very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back to this property. Everyone at the property is very helpful and polite. Drinks at the pool are excellent! Only recommendation would be to have someone at the Main Street available to guide to the parking structure besides that everything was great!

Fantastic high end managed apartments in the most happening area of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool is incredible, staff wonderful and very accommodating, available to answer questions over WhatsApp all the time. Very comfortable bed, incredible views from the terrace and fast WiFi. I loved it so much that I ended up changing plans and extending the stay by a couple of extra days. Thanks so much!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful with the infinity pool on the roof overlooking the mountains in the back and the ocean in the front with the city all around. The unit was very large and well kept with beautiful furniture and finishings. The location was very close to everything in the Romantik Zone with a simple 10-15 minute walk. The Ubers were VERY cheap though if you don't want to walk. Unfortunately, if you like to walk everywhere, the street you must cross to get anywhere was VERY busy. This was difficult to leave the property and made it very loud to sit on the balconies or even inside the front of the property due to how busy the road was. Overall, the stay was wonderful!

The property was beautiful..the location was perfect, and Carlos did a fabulous job checking us in. He was very attentive and I’d give him a 5 star rating. There was a gentleman at the concierge named Eddy that I thought was very unprofessional and rude. I brought 2 Canadian friends that now live permanently in Puerto Vallarta to show them how beautiful the building was. They had no intention of staying longer than perhaps 1 hr. We were about to board the elevator when another concierge person asked that they sign in. I apologized since I completely forgot and we returned back to the front counter. My friends filled out the visitor sheet and then this Eddy person interrupted the conversation and said that they needed to leave their residence identification at the counter. My friends replied that they didn’t feel safe enough to leave their identification ….but offered that the concierge could take a picture of it. This person Eddy became rude and extremely unprofessional and started asking what country my friends were from. He was very aggressive with them which was TOTALLY unnecessary. I understand the rules but because of Eddys actions your concierge team did not even offer to photocopy their ID., which in your RULES is allowed. Sadly my friends chose not to visit my rental a because they weren’t allowed and secondly because this man was rude and quite aggressive with them. People like Eddy prevented me from giving you a 5 star rating. :(
