Pets are allowed in select room types with an extra fee of $80 USD. Contact us to confirm if the room type you want to book qualifies. Reception is open until 8:00pm. Late check-ins after 8:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN ($30 USD), payable in cash upon arrival. Kindly inform us if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM so we can coordinate your arrival. Otherwise access will be denied. Only registered guests may use the amenities, and visitors are strictly prohibited in common areas. The maximum occupancy per unit is four people, including children aged two and older. This policy is strictly enforced. Additionally, wearing the provided bracelet is mandatory throughout the property. Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought to the pool area. There is a bar and restaurant on site where food and drinks can be purchased. A deposit may be required at the property.

Like the price and how close to dining option and shops. Did not like the checking in process, it took a little long and the front desk did not know who i was supposed to contact to get my key

The property and staff were great. Two complaints, the elevator to my unit never worked during my stay and the pool area was amazing but the staff wouldn’t allow you to bring outside bottle water into pool area.

Perfect location in the heart of the Romantic Zone! The apartments are beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need. The rooftop pool is stunning, and the concierge service is outstanding — truly above and beyond. Everything was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!

This pool is world class!! I've never seen a larger rooftop pool with the most epic views. Our room also had an amazing view. We had spectacular sunsets and a firework show every night. We loved the room too. It was modern but very comfortable. The bed was comfy and a ton of space. There was street noise when we went on the balcony, but we were prepared and brought our speaker. It was extremely walkable since there is a staircase on the right that leads to a sidewalk. We felt very safe. We walked almost everywhere, but Ubers were great for longer distances.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Condo had everything we hoped for. The view was amazing and everything is close by. However, the parking situation and the multiple elevators is very irritating.

Really nice stay. The room was fantastic. Had everything we wanted/needed. Incredible view and responsiveness from hosts. The pool was so beautiful I could have spent the whole time up there but the only downside was you couldn’t bring your own snacks/drinks. You had to buy from their bar and it was expensive for what it was and they made my drink wrong twice. The food was fine, not great
