Late check-ins after 8:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN ($30 USD), payable in cash upon arrival. Kindly inform us if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM so we can coordinate your arrival. Otherwise access will be denied. Only registered guests may use the amenities, and visitors are strictly prohibited in common areas. The maximum occupancy per unit is four people, including children aged two and older. This policy is strictly enforced. Additionally, wearing the provided bracelet is mandatory throughout the property. Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought to the pool area. There is a bar and restaurant on site where food and drinks can be purchased. A deposit may be required at the property.

Customer service, the rooftop and the view

If you have a car, it is quite complicated to get out of the parking lot, because you need to call every time to the front desk to open the gates

"Upscale Spacious Luxury."

The apartment was spacious in a good location with a great view and a large balcony. Designed well with comfortable upscale modern style furnishings. Rooftop pool was stunning with decent food, bar and a wonderful accommodating staff. View obviously beautiful.

I would have been overjoyed if there was a jacuzzi or spa on the roof to go with the infinity pool . No hot tub.

"Maxwell managed unit were excellent, well maintained and well stocked."

Amazing pool, spacious unit and very well stocked, convenient location. Maxwell management is very responsive and helpful.

There was transformer issue one morning in the building resulted in elevator outage and no power in kitchen. But it was building operation issue, not the Maxwell management issue.
