Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

Todo estuvo execelente. El lugar es hermoso, tiene una vista espectacular desde el balcon y no se diga desde la piscina. El lugar esta super limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario, tambien tienen bolsas playeras y toallas que podemos usar y llevar a la playa. El lugar esta cerca de la Zona romantica y el malecon 10-15mins caminando. La atencion al cliente estuvo excelente, siempre estuvieron al tanto de cualquier duda y contestaban al instante. A sido de las mejores experiencias que e tenido por medio de booking. Sin duda fue una experiencia 100/10.

Beds uncomfortable and room towels were poor

We love the rooftop pool and bar and their friendly staff. All apartments had great amenities.

We had to change the rooms three times because the AC did not work in the original apartment, the second unit was a downgraded view unit, and our third unit matched the original. We lost three days of our Vacation just moving around.

Comfy beds and spacious apartment!

It’s a beautiful property, top notch w gorgeous views, located in the center of town yet on the hills. Mauricio was my concierge and he was on top of everything. Fortunately nothing was needed but he checked in daily. Strongly recommended. Pool was perfect with breathing views of the old town… beach was 7-10 min away. Thank you for the perfect gateway!

Very nice building. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and we'll furnished. The owners care about how the unit shows. The checkin process is awkward waiting for someone to get us, the parking is difficult and getting around the place Can be challenging at first with the elevators. Drawback was not being able to bring own drinks to the pool. The pool bar prices are ridiculous Ly high for Mexico.
