Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

This property speaks for itself in terms of location and beauty. The accordion doors to the balcony, the rooftop pool, the generous sized bedroom and bath, all make for a wonderful place to stay. A couple of feedback notes the balcony doors do not seal completely, and therefore are not soundproof. Being located on a major road means if you are sleeping in the front room, it is very loud. In the unit we stayed in (and not all are the same) we found the beds too firm for comfort and woke up with sore backs and hips. I have stayed in a different unit in the past and while the road noise was consistent the previous beds were significantly more comfortable. A simple mattress pad would help.

The facilities, location and views were hard to beat. We loved hanging by the pool and ordering snacks & drinks for a few hours each day, while also being in a great location to hit the beach or local restaurants for a change of scenery.

Power going out in the elevators on our last day was a real bummer especially being pregnant and on a high floor, stairs were not my friend.

10/10 honestly. The staff was so nice, everyone working at the pool was so nice. Everything I was expecting and more.

The room had a very cheap iron and ironing board it burned a hole in my shirt.

Fantastic living space. The gym was great, the pool was great, but the patio views were my favourite part.

Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms and grounds are kept very clean.

when I showed up the elevator was broken I was on the ninth floor, also the water was out, so there were no showers and no working toilets in the whole building, the lady that checked me in it was very nice very helpful and got me a full refund.

The rooftop pool was the highlight of our PV visit - we could've spent our entire vacation there. The property is on a busy street but we managed to get around on foot very well - location is central to lots of things around. There was some construction noise from the buildings nearby when we were out on the terrace but that's city living! Maxwell Staff was exceptional throughout. The Pool Bar staff was awesome. (The Valet/Front Desk staff could use some customer service help.) We'll definitely be back and stay here again!

It was a great hotel to stay at. No regrets!

We stayed in a corner unit on 7th floor. The unit was spotless, modern and provided everything needed. The rooftop infinite pool and bar setup on the 15th floor is world class with spectacular views looking over Zona Romantica and the ocean with a great wait staff. Plenty of sun or shade options around the pool. Can’t imagine a nicer rooftop setup anywhere! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and beach. The only negative is that road noise was so loud it made it impossible to relax and enjoy time on the beautiful patio outside our unit. Amazingly, road noise was almost non-existent around the rooftop pool and bar 8 stories above our unit. Our Concierge was very attentive and willing to help with anything needed.
