Late check-ins after 8:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN ($30 USD), payable in cash upon arrival. Kindly inform us if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM so we can coordinate your arrival. Otherwise access will be denied. Only registered guests may use the amenities, and visitors are strictly prohibited in common areas. The maximum occupancy per unit is four people, including children aged two and older. This policy is strictly enforced. Additionally, wearing the provided bracelet is mandatory throughout the property. Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought to the pool area. There is a bar and restaurant on site where food and drinks can be purchased. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Gorgeous place!"

Beautiful decoration and stunning infinity pool, with a lovely view from the beach and city.

The building is in front of a very busy street and it can be very disturbing for those with light sleep. You will be totally fine if you need a single bed, but if you have a family of 3-4, just bring your ear plugs and be happy.

The pool area needs more signs, the pool stairs need some lines, I fell because they were very slippery

"Super modern property, great pool, great views"

Amazing modern property with the most beautiful infinity pool I have ever seen The service was excellent and cleanliness were outstanding. The rooms were enormous with gorgeous layout and complete apartment like feeling.

One thing: the noise. This could be solved if they used double pane sliding doors but it’s too noisy to consider returning unless they fix this. Unfortunately. Because everything else is beyond perfect

Absolutely perfect vacation. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very safe, appreciated the extra steps to keep access to our floors/rooms limited. Check-in/checkout was easy. Having the option to stock our fridge before arrival was a bonus. View from the room was only surpassed by the pool.

"Exceptional"

My friends and I had an excellent stay during our quick weekend trip. We arranged for an airport pickup and they provided water and beer for our ride. (Tip: the driver is all the way outside the airport—do not fall for the transportation options just past customs!) Our room was beautiful and stocked with plenty of bottled and sparkling water for our stay. The pool is STUNNING and warm! We were allowed to have two additional friends visit and we all enjoyed the food, cocktails and excellent service. I’ll absolutely stay at Maxwell again. Thank you so much to our concierges, Damaris and Carlos!
