I spent weeks researching where to stay and I would 1000% book Tok Tulum again and highly recommend! The location of Tuk Tulum is fantastic - you can walk into town in 15 minutes and cycle to the beach in 25! There is a giant supermarket next door which is so handy especially when having to carry water - also some fab bars/restaurants directly opposite! The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, there's always the fear that the photos have been overly-edited but the apartment looked exactly as shown in the photos - it was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, the beds were super comfy, the decor was gorgeous and the pool was lovely and clean! The concierge whatsapp group was fantastic, I received tonnes of information in advance of checking in and it was super helpful to know we'd be assisted instantly.

It really can't be helped but the powercut that took place across 2 days was quite frustrating - it would have been helpful if we'd been given some prior warning as the concierge/locals were aware in advance. The building work was slightly annoying (apartment quite soundproofed though) but I appreciate that EVERYWHERE in Tulum has building work! I would also say that if you want to rent bikes I would rent from iBike just over the road (cheaper, better and far more comfortable) as the bikes at tuk have horribly uncomfortable seats and only back pedal breaks!

The room was very big and nicely designed. The staff was very friendly.

The location is not this great - yes, there is a shop right next to it, but it’s quite far from the restaurants or beach. Everything seemed to be still in construction when we were there. The facilities were available but they were extra paid (gym). Also small things like shampoo and body wash and kitchen accessories were missing. Also, the roof swimming pool has a view over the supermarket.

Staff is super helpful. Room was very very clean and everything worked nicely. Location is pretty good. Need a 10-15 min walk to get into downtown/centre tulum but you can also rent bikes everywhere in tulum so not really a problem.

They set a limit of the electricity included in the price only after you book the apartment (unfair) and when we entered the apartment it was extremely hot inside. Long story short: consider adding extra money to the final booking price. Plus, A/C would stop working from time to time. Finally, cutlery and towels provided were not for 7 people but less. We asked and got part of the needed furniture (staff responsive but inattentive).

Amazing reception and service! Very helpfull staff! Nice appartments with kitchen, two smart tv's, two airconditioning units, good and big bed.

don't do it, not if you expect service!! Don't be tempted by the pretty pictures, this is a sketch of what it might look like in 2025. The art walk really makes no sense. You have to pay separately for everything. (you also get a certain number of kw per day for electricity and if you exceed it you have to pay! Sports and paddling are not actually part of the accommodation.. local residents do paddling on that track! The swimming pool on the roof is filthy! You get a svhoonmaak but that is not guaranteed .. We had a lot of hassle with broken air conditioning, no hot water, then clogged the toilet again! reality it's very disappointing!Just like all of tulum!don't go
