No te explican qué hay un mínimo de consumo de electricidad muy restringido y si te excedes te cobran la electricidad, te levantan inventario antes y después de salir de la habitación, como no hay personal suficiente el check out es de 40 minutos, el departamento tenía problemas con la regadera y no te dan toallas para la alberca, ni bolsas para la basura de la cocina, hubo un bazar en el día y el volumen de la música demasiado alto que no dejaba descansar ni escuchar la TV, a pesar de reportar a la administración estos contratiempos, solo nos ayudaron para arreglar la regadera , los demás problemas argumentan que como tenían mucha ocupación no podían atender todas las solicitudes, hay muchas cosas que deben mejorar para qué este lugar pueda brindar una buena estadía, por mi experiencia no regresaré a este lugar

In general it’s a nice property, but…

keep in mind: - they are pet friendly. In our case there was a big dog of another customer barking all the night long. It’s up to you but it’s made us crazy - there is a right now a really big construction site next to you. Keep in mind that the sound can be also really loud. - it’s next to a really big supermarket. Good for food, but bad as the trucks uploading material can be also loud. In general this might be currently not a good place if you like for silence. As we were not happy at all, we got 1 of 3 nights later refunded. This is still a good thing the management did!

We took the apartment with the private pool and it was amazing !! Definitely coming back

It's stressful that they calculate the electricity consumption, you don't really know how much you are using. We didn't end up paying anything but it was on my mind Some construction while there

The apartment is beautiful and for the cost we paid very good value for money. It is definitely worth the upgrade and getting the private pool. The view and the sun lounge area was stunning.

The facilities were mostly good but considering the cost and the luxuriousness of the flat there were a few vitals missing. Such as no oil, salt, coffee, oven mitt, tea towel, cleaning spray, dust pan and brush etc. Which we had in a place half the price in playa del carmen so we were a little dissapointed. The staff were not very helpful the check in reception was fine the concierge did not offer to help carry any of our bags even though he could clearly see us struggling. We were meant to be added into a WhatsApp group in case we needed anything but never were. There were no messages via booking before arrival which i have never had before. The check out was fine however we were nearly shocked with an extra bill because if you go Iver a certain allowance of electricity you will be charged. Thankfully we hadn't. I wouldn't let these things stop me from going as the place itself is wonderful just things they need to improve to make a good stay and great one.

The location was perfect. Right in the center of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to others
