This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. Overall I definitely recommend this place 100%.

ILThis place made us feel like movie stars. I already have plans to return next year. The staff are the absolute best and the food and service were above and beyond.
This is the second visit for me and unfortunately they have an issue with their showers and hot water. The regulator can’t find the middle in that the water is either scalding hot or cold then it runs out of hot water within three minutes. They moved me to another room and the AC wasn’t working properly. It was set to 18c but the room temp was 26c. The second room also had the same issue with the shower. I mentioned it to the front desk and didn’t look surprised. The next time I visit Sayulita I think I’ll stay at the Conrad which was marginally more expensive.
You can’t beat the location of La Puesta! On the north end of Sayulita, the property sits right on the sand. Modern, clean rooms with strong AC (much needed!), spacious and well-furnished balconies. The pool includes a water slide, swim-up bar (closed during this slower, hot time of year), and a separate adults only area. Lots of cushioned loungers and umbrellas around the pool. The pool bar service was incredible! Great food and drinks, super friendly service- shout out to Khalil and his amazing team. The on-site restaurant is outdoors only but is beautifully located with a view of the entire bay. It is pricey compared to most restaurants in the area, but there are lots of great food options within a quick walk or golf cart ride into town. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it had everything from cardio equipment and cable machines, to dumbbells and a smith machine. Every floor has filtered, chilled water so you can refill a reusable bottle during your stay. Would definitely return, though likely at a slightly cooler time of year.
USAmazing location with a great pool overlooking a crowd-free beach. The pool bar staff were so friendly and attentive! Very clean, modern rooms and the balcony had great furnishings to enjoy watching the waves and sunsets.
We were unable to use the pool on the day of checkout and had to pay an added $50 USD for a late checkout if we wanted access to the amenities that day.

Lovely hotel in a great spot. We enjoyed a very nice room with a wonderful view (they all face the bay). Everyone we had the pleasure of being served by was friendly and accommodating. Our minibar was well-stocked with reasonably priced snacks and drinks. Lovely pool and great fitness room. We will return.
Great stay. Beautiful new location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool. Only gripes: They govern the AC to 18 degrees and it didnt allow for it to get cool enough for me to sleep at night. Second, my gf came to the pool with me and they said only guests could stay past 6pm - the pool was empty and we where plenty of loungers - seemed silly to make her get out of the water at 6.
