Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive - Adults Only

I was impressed by how polite every staff was. The view of our corner suite was breathtaking. The only downfall was the beach was far and the pool was small. We hang out on the rooftop pool for the most part.

The food and drinks were phenomenal and the service was top notch.

Such a great property and treatment

We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved everything. We switched rooms midway from the North to South tower due to new construction nearby that woke us up early and the staff was extremely accommodating. The staff, the food, the service, the room were all fantastic and while both towers were equivalent in terms of quality and service, the South’s pool is opened for late night. The only tiny hiccup for North is the shower had a funky smell and we learned it’s due to the underground pipes. South did not have this issue. We can’t wait to return.

Our room was below the Lobby and underneath the restaurant/bar. There was constant noise, banging, moving chairs/tables. Started at 5:00 a.m. and went all hours of the day and night, sometimes until 2:00 a.m.

The service was excellent, food was great, and the scenery was amazing.

Amazing food, views and pools.

A hotel not like the others. Such an incredible, scenic hotel. I didn’t want to leave but definitely will be returning and recommend to everyone.
