Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience as a group of 12 especially when we were dining at the restaurant, the service was terrible specially at the steakhouse. If you’re a group more than eight, they’re not gonna even provide you a menu at the restaurants and they’re gonna serve you what they call it family style and you don’t have options to choose no matter if you purchase it or get a all inclusive package we had an all-inclusive package and at the steakhouse they served us chicken octopus stream, and a little bit of very dried cold steak. However, we asked that we are not gonna eat shrimps and chicken. We were not able to choose our steak and they brought us some steak by their own choice, which was very cold and dried when they served it and when we ask our server to change it, they refuse to do it. I also mentioned to our server that I don’t like overcooked steak and I want my steak to be rare and he he said this is what it is and we are not gonna serve anymore as we already brought the(dry cold overcooked steak). I asked for the manager (Ruben) and also the manager came and he said if you have a problem, go talk to the general manager and I’m not able to do anything for you and I’m not gonna serve you guys.

Everything is clean, secluded, great views, staff was very helpful, piano player made our night!!

Liked everything except finding the guy for our bill every time we wanted to leave the pool.

Absolutely loved our room at this property!! The rooftop pools are spectacular! We read in the hammock and sat in our personal hot tub on the suites balcony! Will absolutely return!
