This is our third time at Garza Blanca but first time at Mousai south tower and can’t wait to go back. Special thanks to the piano player at the lobby we spend such a great time listening his music. Thanks and see you soon 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Our suite was absolutely beautiful. We stayed @ Mousai North. Our had a beautiful balcony with a hot tub, hammock, sofa, 2 chairs. The bathroom was gorgeous. Just a beautiful experience "inside our room" Our issues were the stay and the consierge service. I had read about this issue from other travelers and NOW I get it. The front desk and concierge, in particular "Maya' with consierge services was horrible. Her main concern was trying to get us to attend a timeshare presentation. Once we made it clear we werent interested the disinterest and lack of attentiveness abruptly ended...like mid-sentence ended.
