"Nunca se hospeden aquí!!"

Llegue con mi familia y me pedian un codigo QR cosa que nunca enviaron al ponerme en contacto con ellos nunca contestaron, que desagradable experiencia. Comentan los guardias que seguido pasa eso al parecer es fraude.

The receptionist wanted to charge me a 2nd time for my room when it was already paid. The bartender if you could call her that seemed lost in space and brought me drinks I didnt ask for plus drinks were crazy expensive

La limpieza, encontramos cucarachas; el mantenimiento tuvimos goteras y había riesgo de caer al resbalarse justo en las escaleras; no hay sillas en terraza, las chimeneas son sólo decorativas.

Views, clean, staff was pleasant.

Bed was hard as a rock. No heating in the mini-split, only air conditioning, with overnight and morning temperatures just above freezing.
