Las instalaciones son espectaculares, es muy lindo, la villa que nos tocó tiene algunos problemas de filtración de humedad en los baños pero en general es muy lindo.

Note una actitud un poco desobligante, es decir, es un lugar muy lindo en el que claramente al elegirlo se tienen los medios para acceder al mismo, sin embargo notamos una actitud un poco clasista al hacer check in y posterior cuando indague por el lugar del gimnasio.

Piscina y gimnasio

La experiencia con el personal fue horrorosa. Muy mala voluntad, actitud displicente, comportamiento casi absurdo. Nunca en mi vida el sentí tan MAL ATENDIDO. Un espanto; no recomiendo este hotel por nada del mundo.

The staff was very unfriendly and the customer service was terrible. I rented a stay for 5 people and only 2 waters were provided. I asked if I could get some water sent to the room and was told they would check with a supervisor, never got a response. The stove did not work, and I was told they would reach out to a supervisor and again nobody got back to me. It was on the pricier side, and I was expecting a reasonable level of customer service, but the staff is truly incompetent and asks you to contact a supervisor even for truly minor requests.

Such a beautiful property and the amenities are well maintained. I do feel the unit itself lack some details in the kitchen for the price point.

I loved the property. Sad that the jacuzzi was cold and not working the three times I tried it.

El lugar muy limpio y tranquilo. La ubicación es buena para ir hacia algunos sitios turísticos y otros pueblos, a 15 minutos del centro en auto. La villa muy amplia cuenta con todo lo necesario. La alberca a buena temperatura.

Cobraron una noche antes de que llegara, cuando el anuncio dice que se paga al llegar, hicieron la devolución que tardó un par de días. El restaurante tiene pocas opciones y cierra a las 4:00 pm
