Las instalaciones son muy bonitas

Restaurante deja mucho que desear . La habitación que me tocó daba hacia la carretera y todo el ruido de coches se escucha toda la noche . Las habitaciones son como de papel , todo se oye del otro lado

LA RELACION PRECIO CALIDAD Y LOS AMENITIES; ALBERCA SAUNA GYM, JARDINES, RESTAURANTE, ETC.

Dentro del departamento no servia la lampara del buró, no sirven los ventiladores de la recamara principal, no estaba la vajilla completa, ni los enseres de cocina como trapos, servilletas, cafe, escurridor etc. cuando llegamos me pidieron un deposito de $1,000 pesos por algun desperfecto, sin embargo no hicieron un inventario ni revisaron antes todo lo que faltaba o fallaba. es evidente que no revisan y si cobran un deposito.

la ubicación está cómoda, las distancias a los diversos lugares de interés están aceptables.

no hay privacidad para huésped. en el salón de usos múltiples demasiado ruido, gritos, música hasta las 11.30pm cuando el compromiso del lugar es otro. el estado de la suite deja mucho que desear, se reportaron varias anomalías y nunca fueron a arreglarlas, fugas de agua, y mezcladoras rotas.

"No water no electricity"

Location

We never had electricity or water. Because of this we were not able to even use the toilet. We went to San Miguel for a wedding and this hotel completely ruined our experience. We were not able to shower or get ready here and instead had to run around San Miguel to figure it out. Would not recommend

No puedo creer lo bonito que es este lugar. Con su representación del centro de San Miguel de Allende. La alberca está increíble, las habitaciones fantásticas. Ya quiero regresar
