Charming , authentic home away from home. Ideal location. Amazing staff.

The property was really beautiful. The decor was impeccably tasteful and the art which adorned the walls was very curated. Our room was really spacious too which added to the sense of luxury. The staff were superb and attentive. The main host, Mayela was very knowledgeable about the city and extremely helpful with recommendations.

Not necessarily a problem, but to leave and enter the property required ringing a bell for a member of staff to open the front gate. They were always quick to respond and were available 24hours.

Location was great and staff really helpful

It seemed in need of some upgrade and renovation

Breakfast was provided and was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the hostess, Mayela, who we really enjoyed interacting with, and who gave very helpful suggestions to enhance our experiences around Mexico City.

A very minor item would be to give advance notice of how to access the hotel upon first arrival. There is an address marker but no actual identifier of the hotel. Maybe a statement in the reservation confirmation to use the camera button to notify the staff would be helpful.

Great location in a beautiful property. Helpful, friendly hosts as well.
