la administracion es mala, te asignan un codigo para entrar y no es valido, te exigen un cobro por daños anticipado, si el gerente sale de turno no hay quien resuelva. no dan soluciones a su mismo sistema.

Muy buena opción, la vista muy bonita, muchas opciones para comer y muy buen internet. El lugar tal cual en las imágenes, me he hospedados en 3 de las unidades que tiene tribu y todas me han convencido

"Had to leave after 7 days due to NOISE, no refund for another 18 days. Hosts unprofessional!"

DO NOT STAY HERE: VERY NOISY (no sleep possible, had to leave quickly) and UNPROFESSIONAL HOSTS (no refund for 18 unused days). The building is positioned on the 6+4 lanes junction. Traffic noise 24/7. SURROUNDED by night CLUBS & BARS that are open till 4am. The apartment has got single glazed windows and the terrasse doors do not close 100%. Therefore you get the extreme levels of noise all the time. HYGIENE questionable: Found few long hairs hanging of the furniture. These guys do not seem to use vacuum cleaners but rather brooms/mops. Also found a cockroach by my suitcase. AIRCONDITIONING: Not working

Comunicación nula. Al momento de llegar no pude ingresar a la propiedad por qué mis datos biométricos ni información para acceder estaban en el sistema . El guardia de seguridad nos apoyó dándonos oportunidad de intentar ingresar la clave en la habitación sin embargo no debió de ser de esa manera. Complicado, tardado, sin comunicación a mi llegada.

"Pretty ok as a place to stay, very comfy, but I’d pick a regular hotel instead for a better check in / access experi"

Amazing views, spacious, comfortable, good internet, a lot of storage space and equipped kitchen.

Check in process was pretty annoying, they wouldn’t allow early checkin two hours early but were ready to offer that for extra money. Then offered free late check out when I didn’t need it at all. No option to leave suitcase anywhere either. Smart access meant I would not be able to access the building earlier because the codes do not work. Super loud at night, glad there were earplugs though. Bathroom smells awfully because of the pipes and it goes all over the place if you don’t close the door.
