"Great spot to stay right on Chapultepec!"

Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. In walking distance to centro. All the amenities needed for a month-long stay. Weekly cleaning was a plus!

Only the location...

it wasn't clean.. when arrived on the first day. The bed were used and un made and trash everywhere...The staff didn't respond quickly or helped till over 24hrs later.

Property looks nice but be careful they advertise one price and charge double plus they ask security deposit for the stay. Hard to get in to the building. Parking lot is a nightmare and not very friendly people. Overall it’s a ripoff. Wife n me couldn’t make it to the lobby Be carefully if decide to stay here hidden fees on price advertised by Booking.com

Service ripped off. Hidden fees on price. Booking.com didn’t helped on customer service. Very clear on app states two nights for $75dls and I was charged $190 dls for only two nights. We canceled and no money returned Sucks.

I booked a room for my family, When we arrived at the establishment we couldn’t enter and no one answered my calls, An even so they charged my card. Very bad experience with this hotel and Expedia.
