Property was in a great, central location, easy access to late night eats. The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. The beds are not super comfortable, as the sheets are too thin/papery and the pillows are too high/hard. Other than that, we had an easy experience with accessing the door and checking in and out.

Do not make a reservation with this property. The customer service is terrible; the property manager never answers calls. I had to spend the night on the street waiting for them to return my call.

The property was very disgusting and unclean, with hair everywhere and stains on all the sheets. We arrived to find that even though we had booked for 4, there were only 3 beds. We later found a pull out bed that we could not pull out because it did not fit in the room, and the sheets we found for it in the wardrobe only covered half the bed, there was not blanket and no pillow case. The staff were unresponsive and did not answer the phone when we called, and did not reply to messages until bee got booking dot com to contact them for us. There was a gap between the door and the outdoors so the club next door was extremely loud. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The property refuses to refund us even though there were not enough beds for us in the room, instead lying to us and saying that booking dot com controls the refunds when booking dot com had told me that the property has to consent to the refund. Horrible horrible horrible do not stay here.

Pésimo servicio, nadie nunca nos atendió, nos contestó, y no nos dieron acceso. Tuvimos que recurrir a Hoteles.com quienes muy amablemente nos consiguieron otra opción de alojamiento.

After they charge you, you still have to go and register yourself at another website and charge you more $$$. In addition, that website didn’t work properly and I got charged for the room anyway. It was late at night so I had to book a different hotel. And I got screwed by this place. Do Not book a reservation here.

The location was perfect, close to downtown, and was very easy to get around to other places. I also felt very safe and secure.

We enjoyed our stay.

Muy buen gusto para la decoración, bastante bien ubicados

La habitación q tomé era para 7 personas, pero el sofá cama ya tiene estragos de tiempo entonces fue muy incómodo para los q dormimos ahí, a diferencia de las camas que si estaban agusto. También nos faltaron toallas y cobijas para los q estábamos en el sofá y la comunicación el whatsapp q daban en el link no funcionaba para avisar situaciones, lo qlo salva es la limpieza y el lugar q está muy bien ubicado.

Nice property and very good security. The condo was modern and spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful roof top deck. Walking distance to restaurants and vendors.

Todo muy bien excepto los colchones y almuadas no son nada cómodas para descansar
