Property is not sound proof. Too much traffic noise throughout all night and day

Todo muy bien, solo que nada mas tiene minisplit en una habitación aunque habia dos habitaciones bastante separadas, por lo cual en la otra habitación hacia calor

Check in was ridiculous. I understand all of the security and the desire to create a seamless virtual experience, but it made for a huge Hassel and headache bit having a human to assist when i arrived with my family and had not received check in instructions.

Friendly staff, secured parking and clean property

Good, secure apartment in Colonia Americana, I enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable bed, good wifi for working, well equipped kitchen. Nice roof-top terrace. A public bus that gets to the Cathedral and historic centre in 15 minutes is right at the foot of the building, or you can walk, it's a 30-min walk. I'd stay here again if back in Guadalajara.

It's a bit noisy both day and night as it's at the intersection of 2 busy streets. I managed this by wearing good ear plugs at night and using my Apple AirPods Pro (which are noise-cancelling) during the day. Apart from the noise, which you can mitigate with earplugs and headphones, the apartment is great.

The staff are beyond weird. they would accuse me my dogs of something and not even ask me about it. they accused them if peeing in the hallway, which they never do. they didn’t even go inside the apartment one time. The problem was that the didn’t even ask or have any proof. they only assumed and complained to booking.com with out any bases. The situation was odd and made me feel out of place. if i did something i was not suppose to, they could have given me the courtesy to talk to me about it. instead i got a direct message about some fee that was never issued because the claim was false.
