"Excelente ubicación"

La ubicación del hotel en pleno centro historico, cerca del zocalo y demas.

La asignación de la habitación en planta baja (sin posibilidad de cambio), ademas de que el sonido del pasillo y de la calle se escuchaba mucho, no tienen aislante de sonido.

hotel in posizione strategica , letti comodi colazione buona ma con poco dolce, ristorante buono diventa ottimo perché è un aggiunta per il cliente, sicuramente da consigliare

"Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage"

Der Service im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Das Team von Antonio, Mariela und Paola war sehr aufmerksam und das Frühstück wurde stets aufgefüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super direkt im Centro Historico und mit Anbindung an die Metro.

Leider war die Zimmerreinigung nicht immer einwandfrei. An einem Tag wurde gar nicht geputzt, an einem anderen die Mülleimer nicht geleert oder der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt. Gesaugt wurde nicht und auch die Dusche nicht sauber gemacht.
