La ubicación y el servicio, muy amable y atento todo el personal.

En general todo bien.

I liked the room and ofcourse the Novotel infrastructure!

They asked money for things like toothpaste.

Moderno bien decorado Centrico, amplio, limpio

Nos pusieron en el piso uno y se escuchaba todo el ruido del trafico de la avenida 20 de noviembre El sabado habia unos tambores que no pararon de sonar de 6 a 10 pm

L'hotel est très bien situé si on veut être dans le quartier historique, finalement j'aurai choisi un autre quartier pour qu'il y ait un peu plus d'animation et d'options de restaurants pour le soir. L'hotel est propre, moderne, les chambres sont spacieuse et moderne. La salle de bain est impécable avec douche à l'italienne mais aussi douche traditionnelle. Un très grand lit confortable, un wifi très bien et une télé HD avec streaming! La salle de sport est tout à fait correct pour des petits entrainements vacanciers. Le petit déjeuner avec des plats locaux et/ou plus internationaux est très bien.

Very nice, modern and comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet has a sufficient choice of food.

Hotel is located in downtown next to the very busy street and there is a lot of noise coming from the street. Unfortunately, this hotel like all buildings in Mexico come with a single-layer glass which is insuficient to filter the noise. In addition, my room had no a office desk, but I am not sure if better rooms are equipped with such furniture. Unfortunately, the most of the companies today do not want to pay expensive rooms for buissiness trips.
