The location was very central and next to a metro station. The staff were amazingly accommodating! The brekkie was nice and the room and bathroom were spacious - the Rituals toiletries added to the experience.

Nothing - maybe that the pictures make the rooms look better than they are. And that the TV doesn’t offer the option of logging into Netflix or other viewing platforms, but that’s just being very picky.

Very conveniently located to many events, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance.

I had no dislikes. Property was clean, very secure, great food, great staff. Have much more than we expected for our first trip to Mexico City on vacation
