Great hotel at the centre of it all with great staff and great looking people and parties and great size rooms and very attentive David and Emmanuel at the restaurant

Not sure it was worth their fees, added fees for pet 50usd per day, small property… not a resort

Located right on the sand this small boutique offers a super friendly staff who are always there to help, great food, large well furnished rooms and in the best location on the beach in Tulum

Everything was perfect.

I could not believe that they did not notify of construction in front of my beachfront suite prior to my check in. At check in they told me it would only last one day and they kept saying just a little more time. They worked until midnight and started at 7:30am with saws and hammering. I had to check out early and move to another hotel after 2.5 days there because it was so loud. Terrible customer service… Separate from that, the hotel is already showing its age. The private rooftop deck of my suite was not well maintained, the plants were dead and the cement was cracking. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel given how they handled things.

Food, atmosphere, properties, staffs everything is awesome and I’ll never forget this moment.

Absolutely amazing service and a great romantic getaway. It was the perfect place to reset and relax with my wife.

Flawless boutique service. Room was literal steps from the sea. Warm and charming facilities. Central to the main streeet. Free parking.

Nice bed. Firm mattress and pillows. Good sized towels. Generally nice people. Nice design but hotel not very functional so it’s a bit like paying a very high price for a car that looks great on the outside but simply doesn’t work.

Immediately upon arrival, red flag was that they could not find my booking. Fairly impossible since apparently only 6 rooms in this hotel are actually open, very few occupancies and I was the last arrival. It took nearly an hour to get into a room. Receptionist was nice and the manager Jorge did kindly drive from his home to sort out my check in. Based on this, I thought I’d keep an open mind and stay positive. But the below is a list of how my stay then unfolded. Maybe it will help them improve; if they don’t care about the criticism, then the place is just scamming people out of a lot of money for a bad unfinished product and you should avoid. - Room (Oceanfront Master with pool) said 85 sqm on the website but the room is 25 sqm inside and has a 15 sqm patio. I asked about this and they claimed it’s 85 including inside and outside. So this is simply a lie. - wifi very poor - there was a 9 hour power outage on the 2nd night I was here. Apparently this is a frequent occurrence in Tulum. That’s fine, but other next door hotels/beach clubs had backup generators, so the hotel had no excuse. Embarrassingly, I feel stupid to have paid 4x the nightly price than the next door hostel which had power and which I had to beg to use their wifi code (was denied, so I ended up having to pay a coffee store for wifi). - did not have breakfast on day 2 because I did not trust that the food products would still be edible after the long power outage - photographer roaming the grounds every morning with random not hotel guests every morning was disturbing. - first key I got did not fully lock the door on the first night. Note the rooms are right on tulum beach which pretty much anyone can access - No hangers in room. No hooks. - Saw two alive cockroaches in the shower hiding underneath the wooden platform on which you shower (yeah, I know). - Pool is dirty. Hotel pool is not clean and is really tiny. - very little space to arrange suitcases. - Mosquitos unfortunately.
