Staff is good , food good , building need attention in public areas , floors need a pressure washer. Some areas need to paint . Location is very good but need ATTENTION!

Plunge pool cold and glass foggy

When we finally got the room we had booked online, the room was fine. It took 3 different room to get the one we booked.

It took 3 tries to get the room we booked. The facility needs up dated. The pools need resurfaced. The food was mediocore. The beach was covered in seaweed,

Nice Beach, good for snorkeling. Most of the stuff are very friendly and nice.

Room was very run-down and in need of renovation. The room could be also a bit cleaner. The food is not worthy of a 5-star hotel. We would not book this hotel again, the price-performance ratio was not right in our opinion.

The location should have provided a lovely experience, but as I found out, location is sometimes not everything.

This property is dated and crumbling due to deferred maintenance everywhere. The sewer gas emitting from the drain of the old jacuzzi tub in my deluxe room was so intolerable that I had to stuff a towel over the closed drain and still had to run the ac constantly just to sleep as there were no windows that could open to clear the odor. The wait staff was inadequate to serve guests properly but did what they could. Most looked unhappy, except the many concierges who were all trying to sell me a “membership”. The few worn out beach towels were gone by 8am, and the lounge cushions were dirty. The main beachside shower and faucet for cleaning feet was inoperable and no alternative such as a bucket was provided. This property was sold as an all inclusive, but the buffet focused on cheap, poorly prepared offerings and not all restaurants were open the weekend I was there during high season. The pool side a la carte restaurant served me beer in a broken glass on a filthy placemat. After 40 minutes wait time I still had not received my salad. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation.
