The Sens Riviera By Oasis

Driving up to the property, everything looks beautiful! The pools are nice and the beach is amazing. The food was not the greatest. The pools close extremely early by 8 pm!! The rooms are not what like the pictures show. Overall it was not a terrible hotel/experience.

This property needs serious repair—and a new chef. The food was awful. The room smelled like mold. The staff was great except for one lady at reception who rolled her eyes when I asked for a taxi.. not sure why. The beach was beautiful, and the gentleman who helped book trips was great. The worst part was my first night when a maintenance guy banged on my door while I was in the shower and insisted on coming in. He spoke no English, and my Spanish was insufficient to understand why. I called the front desk and was told they would take 30 minutes to figure out why he was there! He walked around my room for 5 minutes, looked in the bathroom and closet and left. To this day I have no idea why. As a single traveler, it got me shaken. I will not be going back

Don't trust the photos for this resort. At one point in time it may have looked like the photos but now it definitely needs some sprucing and upkeep. The floor tiles in my king suite were chipping and breaking away, there were tiny ants along the wall in my room, and there was A LOT of leaking from the ceilings all around the resort when it rained. The food was mediocre. While being in a different country i would hope to have cuisine of that country but the food definitely catered to an American palate - and wasnt that good. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Great locations and views. Can't say anything more positive than that. If you want to vacation in the Riviera Maya, don't go here!

Terrible food and drinks, the cheapest alcohol, and a property that is falling apart. Very slow check-in process. Luckily, we live in the neighborhood, so we left a day early. I felt bad for the people who came from other countries to vacation here.

If you are looking for a solo trip this is a perfect place for you. It’s safe and the staff are friendly ❤️

Place needs some major updates and keep up. Can never get a hold of the front desk and it’s impossible to get service around any place in the property.

Team is working hard , doing really their best. Property is a little old already.Location is good meanwile. Oasis group is making money and NOT spending and investing in that property. I m a realestate and construction professional. Thank you to all the hardworking team. This is my conclusion.

The servers in the Miramar restaurant and the buffet are very friendly. We booked the master suite and it was spacious.

This resort needs to be renovated or closed down. Luckily we only went for 2 nights and decided to leave after the first. The hotel is falling apart, the bottom of the pool is literally broken everywhere, the quality of the food is very low and the alcohol is bottom shelve. The hotel and rooms are very old. Most visitors are Mexican families. we spoke to many visitors from other countries and they all felt the same. Don’t come here for a relaxing vacation! It’s very cheap so we didn’t expect much, but it was honestly a joke.
