Room service is the worst. They won’t even answer the phone. The shower leaks.

Outside of the lobby smells bad, the showers flood, the food is awful and room service barely answers the phone. Transportation in Tulum is awful period. We went to and from the airport and ton2 excursions and spent over $600 and our credit card info was stolen so beware!!!

El servicio:algunos buenos y otros aburridos, Lucia se esfuerza mucho para dar un buen servicio, pero el hotel tenía un desagua al mar que olía horrible pasando a la playa! Observamos eso pero ellos no están actuando correctamente! Los trabajadores trabajan sobre horas por falta de personal. La habitación tenía falta de mantenimiento, muchas cosas no estaban funcionando,la ducha mala. Estuvimos 11 días y la playa tiene muchas rocas para entrar al mar, y el agua se veía turbia. La comida no se sentía fresco, y siempre lo mismo. Tienen que mejorar en la atención y demás.

The property staff was rude.. I felt very unwelcome and the stares I received made me feel so uneasy.. I would have ask for a refund but all other hotels were booked. Very unsatisfied.

Everything good, but the beaches have rocks

If I could give 0 stars to the service, would be me being nice. Horrible staff. I've been calling to ask for a refund but keep getting the runaround. I checked in on Friday and I was gone by Friday night. They claim I was never there and they keep questioning me like I am crazy about being there. Even though I spoke to Joanna, who claimed to be the manager, and have video proof of speaking to her about getting the refund, they claim they have no Joanna that works there and my reservation is nowhere to be found. A group of friends and I went to celebrate a bachelorette party and came to find out we were at a retirement home. Pool closed at 8 and the adult pool at 6. The only bar that was supposed to be open until 11 was done by 8. Nobody was serving and nobody was around the bar. So much for paying for all inclusive. They had the mini bar closed in the room and we had to wait 40 minutes for them to come and unlock it. The restaurant we ate at was good but the service was trash. The waitress was extremely rude. We got attacked by raccoons that hung around the pool. The showers in the rooms felt like swimming pools because the water wouldn't drain. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Amazing resort!! Great service !! The staff is wonderful!!!

Stay was pretty good but two days in row we had room with out air conditioning and everything else was good but things was quiet good they didn’t have many options for food

We had a bumpy start to our stay but ended on a high note! Bartenter Fernando is the best!!!
