Property is in need of structural maintenance

The property need some definite upgrades. I requested a accessible room. I was clearly using a walker and we put at the far end of the hotel. Food was excellent. Pools were not heated.

Good deal for the money

Noeli at the coffee shop was so friendly and efficient. Enjoyed seeing her each morning.

The beach and view was definitely a highlight of this hotel! I do wish the shower and balcony/pool area were cleaned a bit better. But all in all we loved our stay here! The staff was quick, helpful and very friendly!

If you’d like a true Mexican experience including kidnapping extortion and just horrible customer service this is the place for you. They do t let you leave the property. They tell you one price and charge you double. They don’t have the rooms you booked available and they will yes you to death. Good luck oh and don’t forget to get hit by the golf carts

The rooms were dirty. There was a lot of complaints all around. No first aid kits available
