Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlan Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

Very clean, good food.

The resort is really nice overall I had a great time however I would never go back this resort is too quiet to lay back I want the option to be able to party Mazatlan I didn't like it all it was dirty nothing special about it and not a whole lot to do first time last time

This is a beautiful new hyatt all inclusive. Service level, in all areas, was exceptional. Mark and Hector, conceige, we're very helpful obtaining restaurant reservations for our party of 13. The food was beyond delicious in all restaurants. The housekeeping was prompt everyday. Would definitely return!!

The rooms are spaciousand clean and there is no smell of dampness or mildew in the room. Room bar is refilled daily. Staff is extremely attentive. Sandra at the buffet omelette station is amazing! Juan Carlos, Guadalupe, took really good care of us in the preferred lounge. We were a group of about 35, the largest group this resort has had since opening a year ago in April. In addition, they had yet to have guests from the mid-west stay, so this was just as much an experience for them as us. Itailian restaurant is good. Gym is on the small side, bring your own bottle or cup for hydration. Gym has chlorophyll water but no cups to pour. Housekeeping staff cleaned rooms morning, afternoon, and evening for turn down service, The pools are warm, bottled water is readily available, the gyro tacos, fries, and burgers are super tasty. If you can, upgrade to preferred, the alcohol is much better and the preferred louge is a cool place to hang. Just know that if it rains/storms, the flies are a real nuisance at the Buffet. Also, this is not a party destination; very low-key, relaxing, family atmosphere.

The resort was great for being new. The staff were super attentive, and always super friendly. The preferred bar had the best bartenders: Guadalupe, Santiago, Carlos Melendez and Lucio. They each had their signature drinks. The Meraki was our favorite restaurant with Pedro Pablo as an exceptional waiter. He set the bar for service! Oceana was our go to lunch spot. Especially after a day at the pool, lunch at that restaurant hit the spot, kudos to Juan as our waiter. The world cafe had a variety of food daily so was not repetitive. The staff were super nice and on top of their game such as Alonso. The pools and watersides were awesome as stated by our kids. We had Oscar attend to us during our stay, he is helpful and attentive to our needs, highly recommend him for pool service. All in all we had a fabulous stay at Dreams Estrella Del Mar

Beautiful grounds, clean and updated rooms, food was delicious, pools are very family friendly. Overall a great place to vacation.

Super friendly staff, very clean, quick and good food!

Entire stay was excellent. Never been to Mexico and was a little worried but Dreams Estrella made it so comfoetable and relaxing.
