*El Resort es bello y cuenta con diversas amenidades de entretenimiento, muy atentos los empleados para hacerte participar. *No fuimos recibidos con una cálida bienvenida de bebida y toallita fresca! *El mejor mesero Sergio en el area de alberca-playa y Giovanni en la atención de lobby. *Falta los empleados sean coordinados con la información del horario que dan de los restaurantes y comidas! *El área de la playa necesita limpieza si es que manejan el concepto de ser privada! Me tope con clavos y basura! Aqui dice que hay karaoke, mesa de billar y no es así! Favor de ser cuidadosos con la información que otorgan en cuanto a la propiedad y mencionan el Restaurante Portofino es solo adultos y no es así! Habitación 10! Excelente todo lo del de baño!
