Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlan Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

My room was lovely. Sometimes we had a difficulty of getting into the restaurants because they didn’t take reservations. Therefore, you had to wait in line which can be kind of inconvenience. If you have little ones the main struggle that we had in the property was around the pool because many of the lawn chairs were taken at 6 AM and there was nowhere to sit. This was a problem and extra stress that could’ve been resolved if there was a better policy in place overall the food was great most of the time we ate in the restaurants we did not eat at the buffet often only for breakfast. I do recommend the preferred lounge. The drinks in there were lovely And the bartender was amazing. There is not a lot of entertainment at night so if you’re looking for a quieter hotel, this might be the hotel for you. Otherwise we found that there were not a lot of shows or entertainment or options of things to do in the evening. The location is close to the airport but quite far away from town so you do have to take a taxi to go to town And they can organize that for you if you enjoy golfing the golf course was highly recommended by many people and very well kept there is the turtle sanctuary which is beside the hotel and to visit it. It’s by donation only and that is something need for the kids to see The ocean is quite rough so you cannot swim in the ocean unless you’re an incredibly amazing swimmer as when we were there, the flags were always up encouraging us to avoid swimming in the ocean.

Clean facility with hard working staff to make your experience the best it can be. Lots of dolphins in the ocean in this area visible from the beach.

The staff were incredible! So kind and helpful. The food was amazing - lots of choices for restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and every one overlooks the ocean. My family loved this resort. The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment and they needed more chairs around the pool.

Dara, at reception was great for check-in, check-out and also getting change from larger bills. Luis around the pool was very attentive. All the staff was helpful and great to deal with honestly, I just can't remember all of their names!

We rented the pool cabana for the day and had awesome service by Jose! He was energetic, fun, attentive, and brought us random fun drinks to try. The food was also great, especially the ceviche and coconut shrimp, so good! Thanks Jose for making our day!

Our stay was amazing! 10 out of 10 experience! The staff was amazing and very nice and the food was good! I went with my family and friends and it was so much fun! I defended recommend! The resort is all inclusive and easy! They have a kid side of the resort and an adult side!

For dinner my family and I visited the restaurant Meraki and were very pleased! Jesus and Samuel took excellent care of us and even brought us a surprise desert and sushi platter. The food was remarkable!! if you visit Dreams Mazatlan Come to Meraki and see Jesus and Samuel!
