Didnt know the pool could be heated.

Everything was really good. I liked the look of the unit and how it was furnished. It was really convenient for what I was in Tijuana. I didn't get a chance to look at or try the amenities in the building. Lots of places within walking distance and only heard outside noise when I had the window open. I would definitely stay again.

The real advantage of this place is its location. It is a secure building right around the corner from Avenida Revolucion. If you want to go out and have a safe pied-a-terre easy walk from where you are, this is a great choice. The apartment itself is very modern in feel, and has all the things you would expect. The building staff and security were very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5, or even 4, stars overall, despite the general responsiveness of the manager, for the following reasons: Hotels.com was unable to reach the rental agent to make changes. I was able to reach her using Whatsapp, but they can't. There was a strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom sink. I ran all the taps to make sure the waste traps were not dry, but that did not fix it. The hot water kept shutting off and then restarting while showering. The Tankless heater kept resetting. The nightstands need lamps. Overall, a good place, although I have found the Quartz Hotel and Spa a better value and better run when in TJ. If you want to be centro, and a base for a party, this is probalby one of the best bets.

The room is very modern design and comfortable. Feel very secure. Some people said in their review about loud music from dance club across the street at night until 4 am, but it did not border me. The hotel provides earplugs on bedside table. The only downside is the shower. The temperature was not stable, very hot to very cold, up and down, up and down. The last day it was only cold.

We traveled as a family of 3 with a 6 year old. Good points. - The place is new and clean - just in the corner of Av Revolucion - convenience store in front - SECURED AND SAFE PLACE with 24/7 security guard. - instagrammable place we love the aesthetics Not so good points (but this is only my personal preference/take) - lacking in communication to inform us that the pool is closed. We brought mostly swimming stuff but it’s a bummer. - wish there were more towels. We only had 1 and we are 3. - AC is kinda slow to cool the room. - wish to have a tv as well in the living/kitchen area

Blanca fue un anfitrión increíble. Definitivamente respetó el espacio de los invitados, sin embargo, también respondió rápidamente a los mensajes y personalmente a la unidad cuando lo necesitábamos para algo menor. El edificio donde se encuentra la unidad es muy seguro, incluye múltiples guardias muy amigables las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, y estaba en un área segura y rodeado de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas a poca distancia. La unidad en sí era muy elegante, espaciosa e hizo que mi experiencia en esta ciudad fuera más placentera. Está listo para vivir en todos los sentidos y las compras para acompañar su estadía ni siquiera son necesarias. Con mucho gusto me alojaría aquí de nuevo o recomendaría a algún familiar o amigo que hiciera lo mismo.

I love the location and the 24 hour security located inside the lobby. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was very large and the full kitchen made us feel as if we were at home.

The hot water did not last too long.
