Maybe its not their fault but it was a bigtime Inconvenience for me so I need to report it honestly. I booked a room over a week prior to showing up and when I did there was a self check in, nobody in the building was of any help, I drove 3 hours to get to this location for an event nearby. Opened the door to the loft and someones belongings were in there. I did not receive any notice until after trying to check in that there was an incident with the rental, I was able to get a hold of the person in charge for the booking 30 minutes to an hour after trying to check in and she told me that there was a plumbing issue with the unit but clearly I saw that somebody was staying there! i'm not sure what the real reason is behind me not being able to get that room but she tried to offer me a room that was way out of the way and it was definitely a downgrade. I requested a refund which she was nonresponsive and not available for three days after my request. I had to go to another hotel and book and I also had to wait for a refund. It was an inconvenience to me and I lost about three hours trying to relocate and contact her for a resolution. It was a very bad experience for me and it affected my weekend in a bad way. maybe this was a one time occurrence but that was my experience and it wasn't good.

Property and security staff are amazing. My only problem was parking. For some reason we (security staff) could not find the parking spot for the room I was staying in but they were nice to allow me to park in another spot. Other than that, great place and amenities. Recommend bringing a couple extra of your own towel’s if you’re staying for more than 2 nights.

Overall a very nice and clean property in good location

Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed at in downtown TJ. Close to everything. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Just like in the only minor negative is that I had a hard time finding the front entrance. It’s on seventh Street not on Revo and it’s the last door of the building down that street. Not obvious, but probably for security reasons

Some sections of the apartment were dirty specially the windows in the living room, the bathroom had a really bad smell, but I think it’s form the pipes. The front staff ( female security) was useless and rude. When I tried to check in she blatantly ignored me when I would talk to her asking for assistance. I figured out everything on my own.

It's more uncomfortable than sleeping in a hotel. There aren't many towels, there's not much toilet paper, and the blankets aren't that warm.
