I like the place overall wat I didn't like they should have new soaps and new shampoos at all times

Never received toilet paper or any kind of room service

Las sabanas de la cama y de las cabeceras estaban muy sucias, incluso había cabellos en la cama.

The place was spacious

Spider and spider webs on ceiling, staff was absent a lot, light bulbs were missing, washer didn’t rinse, water was cold. When we got there which was after 3pm the room wasn’t ready and when we came back they couldn’t find the key to the room. We waited for almost an hour for them to let us in. Wouldn’t recommend.

Way better than expected. Some of the reviews mentioned the upkeep and I actually thought it was in pretty good shape. It had character and beautiful architecture, and the pool was also very nice. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 17:30 but they were able to rectify that within about 15 minutes.

Rumy, the front desk, was most helpful and was very patient until the issues that we wanted dealt with. He was wonderful.

Should have found a location that was more central. No hot water for the shower.
