This is a budget hotel. If you want 4 star comfort, be prepared to pay for it. But for a budget hotel, it's excellent value for money. The staff was helpful. The room large and adequately furnished, the pool clean, the hotel generally clean and well-maintained. As a bonus, free laundry -- two washing machines and dryers. Would I stay there again on my next visit to Ajijic? Absolutely.

It's a bit of a distance from the town centre, albeit within walking distance (about a mile or so).

Es cómodo, es tranquilo pero no es fácil llegar a pie desde la calle principal cargando equipaje.

Es buena opción para hospedarse

Gardens are beautiful and the restaurant is very good. Swimming pool is large, although missing many tiles.

La limpieza de los cuartos totalmente reprobada... habia pestañas postizas en el buro... las tollas del baño con hoyos, en el baño te dan champu de sobre para que te bañes y encontre varios abiertos en el baño al llegar, la alberca esta en muy mal estado... le falta el 20 o 30 porciento del azulejo... es ruidoso...

El hotel estaba sucio muy mal descuidado en la limpieza sin personal en recepción para cualquier cosa que necesitaras . El baño olía a orines y estaba muy sucio sin jabón con papel del baño a la mitad , las camas y cobijas olían horrible y con pelos de gato . Jamás regresaría a ese hotel aunque este muy bonito

Good beds, spacious room, TV with streaming & good WiFi. Nice restaurant onsite, large outdoor pool.

Very poor advance communication. Up-charged for pet after saying there would be no charge over the phone. Poor staffing at front desk. Dirty shower floor.
